Transfer Arrangements Process Flow Table (PDF)

The Disposing Participant (means a Participant intending
to transfer the whole or any part of its interests, rights and
obligations under any Petroleum Agreement) submits Execution Documents
to LOGIC.
The Execution Deed is to be sent together with certified copies
of all Notices of Transfer (including attached Execution Deeds) and all Consents to Transfer acquired
from all Remaining Participants together with a request that LOGIC
shall execute such Execution Documents.
Remaining Participants are defined in the Master Deed as the
Participants to an Affected Petroleum Agreement other than the
Disposing Participant, save that such expression may include (as
the case may require) a Disposing Participant to the extent of
any retained interest and an Acquiring Person to the extent of
any pre-existing interest.

LOGIC proceeds to execute the Execution Documents and return
them to the Disposing Party. The disposing company will pay to
LOGIC a fee for the service (please see Frequently Asked
Questions for fee calculation guidance). 

Within two working days following receipt of a
request from a Disposing Participant to execute an Execution Deed
LOGIC will execute the Execution Deed and return them to the
Disposing Participant
