By submitting this application, you will be sent two copies of the ‘Deed of Adherence’ for signature. The two correctly completed and signed 'Deeds of Adherence' neet to be resubmitted to LOGIC. LOGIC will execute and return one original to the joining party.

Please check that your organisation signs the Deed of Adherence correctly. For most UK companies, it should be signed by two directors or by a director and the company secretary. To process a registration LOGIC charges a small fee - currently £150 + VAT (£176.25) to be paid at the time of submission by the joining party.
